Purpose of Donated Funds as Determined by the Board of Directors

TRUMPED BY USG (“TBUSG”) was created as a Domestic Private Charity for providing relief to poor and distressed victims of the broken United States Legal System. Any donated funds to the organization will be used to:

1. Help victims of abuse of the system, as determined and documented by our independent board of directors

2. Educate US citizens of the glaring and growing problems of the legal system in the USA for both criminal and civil cases and promote real solutions to such problems and related abuse 

3. Defend human and civil rights that are secured by law  

 

The Board of Directors and Duly Appointed Officers Administer All

TBUSG was chartered as a Texas Non-Profit Corporation and is fully administered by its Board of Directors. While Patrons may create a website login and immediately become a TBUSG Member, such membership has zero authority for anything to do with the corporate administration of TBUSG in any way including nominating and electing Directors for TBUSG. The organization is entirely run by its board of directors and based on the Laws of the United States and State of Texas, its duly adopted articles of Formation filed with the Texas Secretary of State, and its duly adopted bylaws. 

 

Tax Exempt Application and Status

TBUSG's board of directors has appointed and empowered its inaugural Chairman, CEO, and President, Mr. Kent P. Watts to perform such necessary tasks to, among other things, administer TBUSG's finances. Such work includes filing form 1023-EZ application with the United States Government Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in an effort to be approved under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Form 1023-EZ was filed on September 23, 2024, and was approved by the IRS on January 14, 2025. Therefore, TBUSG is a Tax-Exempt Public Charity under Section 501 (c)(3). Donors may deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170.

IN-FOCUS VICTIM Criteria Being Determined by Board of Directors

TBUSG’s board of directors is developing qualifying criteria for legal system abuse and work to help the wrongfully incarcerated and otherwise prosecuted and sued.  Solely through donations to TBUSG it intends to increasingly provide financial aid to qualifying parties as “IN-FOCUS VICTIMS” beneficiaries. It is intended that such financial aid will include all legal expenses necessary to right the wrongs done them including all legal proceedings and appeals thereof.
