UNFAIR BROKEN LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE USA

FOR BOTH CRIMINAL AND CIVIL MATTERS

In part, this website will educate US citizens regarding the broken legal system here in the USA that increasingly abuses innocent people, WRONGFULLY making them poor and distressed victims.  We categorize our education efforts toward the following:

1. Corrupt and politicized Department of Justice (DOJ)

​

 

 

 

 

 

2. The Grand Jury System is completely dysfunctional compared to the original intent to actually protect the innocent. The current Grand Jury system is heavily controlled by the prosecution and indictments are almost guaranteed.

3. Prosecutors are NOT "agents for true justice" as their oath requires, Instead, they are rewarded for wrongful convictions that result in an absurd conviction rate of ~95%+.

4. The appeals process is politicized and doesn't work, with only 11% of appeals resulting in a new trial, much less a decision reversal. 

 

We must continue to work to disclose the unfair and corrupt legal system that has now taken over the concept of justice in the USA.
